I understand this is nutritional advice and education — not a diagnosis, treatment, prescription or emergency service — and that it does not replace an in-person veterinary examination. In an emergency I will contact a vet in person. *

I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, all information I have submitted is correct and complete. Where I have not submitted a clinical history, I attest that my animal is not currently undergoing veterinary treatment and that I have no reason to believe it currently requires veterinary attention. I will inform BaoVet before the advice is given if this changes. *
