Details can be submitted online or via the completed English, German or French questionnaire. Vague data forces estimates and more follow-ups. A thorough intake thus means lower total cost.

You or the owner confirm no suspicion of disease. Diseased animals need a clinical work-up first.

What is currently fed (weighed amount per day/week), unsupervised access to food, separate feeding, and how food is handled and stored.

Absolutely! Stones, intolerances and anything else, a nutritionist tries to find a fit for pet and owner, whether with commercial products or homemade recipes. Diseased animals do need a veterinary work-up. I then support all professionals in the setup of a complete treatment plan.
No. To stay independent and unbiased, no products are sold, which keeps consultations flexible. If you or the owner want certain products included, I’ll can assess whether it’s possible!
Of course! If you're a partner, list yourself as owner and add your partner code. When submitting for a client, confirmation is asked that no disease is suspected. If so, a vet comes first.
For referrals, mainly complexity and scope. Compare e.g. a quick tweak for a senior pet versus a seasonal plan for a hunting dog. A maximum applies to initial advice.
For commercial questions, a deliverables format is preferred. At request an hourly rate (standard 250 CHF/h) is possible and but can vary markedly e.g. with long-term cooperation.
Consultations are available in English, German and Dutch. French we can try with a little patience and translation help. Italian is an ambition for the future.
